[B][/B]How do I get to talk with an IIO?

I called 1-800-375-5283 two times today and they did not let me to talk with an IIO no matter what. Is there any way I can get arround the no-use-talking ladies and talk with an IIO?

Call the same number and get to a rep. tell her/him that you sent in this form (whatever form you submitted) and have not received any case number and it has been more than 30 days. you will be transfered to IO. give your case number to IO ............................................

In queque for an interview

I called the number again and did the no-receipt-received-in-30-days trick and immediately been transfered to an IIO. Good news is that she told me that I was put in queque for an interview on June 27th, 2008. How ever, because my fingerprint will be expired soon, they sent me another fingerprint request and said I would receive it any time now.

Guess my background has been cleared.
