Any idea how long is the wait for an interview in NYC?
I\'ve started wondering if I\'m the only one with a labor case sent form VSC to New York City local office -- posted a few times
looking for people in similar situation, but haven\'t heard from anybody.

This is great, but can you share your info? When I talked to the INS help line, 1-800 375-5283, I was told that I would need to
wait up to 30 months!!!!

says that my case has been transferred to the NYC office and it can take several months to schedule an interview.
