No Title I think that IIOs tell you information just because there is a hotline in the world. They hardly tell you useful information.

I just heard from my co-worker that her friend whose ND is in Jan 2000 is approved! The person lives in Boston and from India.

No Title I just talked with an IIO. She said that they were waiting for Visa Numbers. My RD and ND are Aug 99, EB1. Fp was done on July 19. still no news.

She is the one who is very nice. She said that they were still processing Aug 1 cases. My RD and ND are 8/4/99 and 8/24/99, FP 7/19/00. current. It may take 2 weeks to 60 days for my case. If I did not hear from INS after 60 days, call them again.

No Title Is your PD really 5/99? Since your RD is 7/99, I would not think that it could be so fast between I-140 and I 485.

No Title Sometimes they process cases according to PD. For EB1, PD is current but whether they start to process your case or not has something to do with PD, too. Can you post your PD?
