I am about to file my AOS, a did not know about medicals. How do I know about the INS authorised physician? And will my PCP refer me to him?

I do not know any more details, since that person is not my friend. As for the INS referred physicians, your lawyer should be able to give you a list of local available doctors.

Your lawyer should be able to give you a list of (INS) approved doctors in your area. And you don\'t need any referral for INS related matters....
