Thanks for your help, plus another couple of questions

Cool, thanks for the response. How about my first question? Should I be able to just toss my T-N that got chewed up now that the customs officer gave me a new one when I entered the country? I assume so but I wanted to be sure.

Thanks for your help, plus another couple of questions

Hey all, Thanks for helping me out before my trip to Nigeria, I had no problems at all at the customs counter which was probably helped by the fact that I had actually found a copy of my most current T-N. Anyways, the customs officer gave me a new T-N when I entered the country, I assume...

hi i have big problem connectut DMV

I actually didn't have to do either of those when I got my Texas driver's license. I basically just brought my passport with I-94 and my Newfoundland driver's license and they issued a Texas one without doing any sort of test. Actually, I can't remember, there may have been an eye exam but...

    Possible TN issue?

So when I get back into the country, you guys think I should just ask for them to issue me a new I-94? Are there any inherent risks to that? Could they possibly deny me entry? I know that's always a possibility but what are my chances of that happening? Would you suggest filing an I-102 instead...

    Possible TN issue?

So now I have run into another problem. I should have just put my TN away in a safe place for the time being but for whatever reason, I left it on the dining room table. Well today my dog decided it looked tasty and ripped it to shreds. So now my I-94 is in about 20 individual pieces. What do...

    Possible TN issue?

@jjeng: Well I took it out on the off chance that the passport got lost or something else happened to it. Turns out my precautionary measure caused a different problem.

    Canadian passport renew questions.

I sent in the forms (via courier) to renew my passport on January 5 and received it on January 25. I live in Houston and have no idea if this is the typical turnaround time or not. Yes, they called the references on my forms.

    Possible TN issue?

So I have TN status and it won't expire for another 2.5 years but a little while ago I had to send off my passport to get it renewed and so before I did, just in case, I took my I-94 out of it. A problem arose when my pipes froze and involved a wet towel being thrown on top of my loose I-94...

TN status until 2012, passport expires next year

As the title of the thread states, I have TN status until 2012 but my passport expires next year. I was just curious what I would need to do to renew my passport and would it impact my TN at all? Also, what do I actually do with the I-94 that's stapled into my current passport? I read a couple...

    TN renewal through POE

I guess my next question would be is how does the expiration process actually work? Is it possible to renew your TN through a POE before it actually expires or do you have to wait for it to lapse and then reapply? My boss was wondering exactly how it works and I wasn't really sure.

    TN renewal through POE

Hey everyone, This is my first post on here so bare with me. My current TN status is set to expire on July 5th and my company is paying for me to cross the border again to renew. Since it expires right around Canada Day on July 1st, I was planning on going through Ottawa and staying there...
