No Title I went for stamping 2 weeks ago. My daughter is 4 years old. The IIO did check and accept her photos. I don\'t know if children have to be present but why take a chance ? My daughter\'s case was not approved with my case. I had to call INS to get it done.

No Title It\'s the Notice Date. INS processes apps by the date they enter them into their system, which is the Notice Date.

My I485 (EB3, India) receipt date is Aug 6 and notice date is Aug 27. But the INS recorded message says, they received my application on August 27. Does this mean that INS processes 485s by Notice date or .... ?

Can someone please post how to verify the status of Finger Prints ? What number to call FBI at etc. Thanks.

One of my friends received his 485 approval notice yesterday. According to him his RD is 6/7/99. He is EB3 India. This is the first June approval I came across. Is anybody else in June approved ?
