I have seen people from TSC getting their 15 days. Still witing for mine (4 weeks)

You just came to this country as a H1B probably not
long ago.. just got lucky because the new IT changes and Y2k
problems.. did you get a fake diploma and experience letters like
most others? Do you think the slaves were getting $50,000+salary,
gold card, platinum card and so on..

what makes you leave your employer as soon as you
get your green card? The arrival of plastic card just does not
make you leave your employer.

my husband got the plastic on 11/24 and i am still waiting. (VSC). The envelope is post marked at corbin, Kentucky. It says resident since"9/14/00". Hope this helps.
And from IIO we came to know that it had gone to the printer on 11/16/00.

Actually he does have a point. You are a permanent resident and the passport stamp is proof of that. The plastic card is just another form of proof of permanent resident status. Receiving the card is no way changes your status so to say that you are a \'slave\' until you receive the plastic card is just not true.
