    NIW H1B extension deadline

It is really easy for you to apply for EB1-A. The only thing is you have to get the same letters from the referees/references once again. If they are willing to provide, then go ahead and apply. You can apply for EAD too along with I-140 application and work for any one in case you are laid...

    EB-1 job ad?

It may be the requirement by the univ. (HR policy) but not USCIS. for allowing me to apply under this category my univ. wanted the same (3 types of ad). the internal requirements are little different and do not get confused that with USCIS requirements.

    Eb-1, Should I?

If you are from India then NIW will not help. EB1-EA is little tough. Less number of citations. Travel awards do not count as achievement. Membership does not count unless it is invited. Items with less or no strong evidence 3, 6, 8, 9. You need more than or close to 10 letters from...

EB1-OR filed. now jobless. what are the options?

It does not solve the problem. Mine is OR tied to my employer. Changing the employer will essentially disqualify my application. If it was EA or NIW then what you say is workable. but at this moment or may be for couple of more years the road is not rosy any more. too many layoffs and what not...

according to USCIS they used 48 weeks year. 4 week a month for 12 month leads to 48 weeks instead of 52 weeks. this issue was earlier discussed in some thread. I did not remember. bi weekly according to USCIS will be considered two payment per month. how do you get your pay? if it is...

    Eb2niw

If you can justify NIW then it is easy to get. are you working in cancer related area? then the chances are more. it depends mainly on how you present. good luck. if it is denied then going for EA will b much tougher unless there is substantial improvement in your case. i.e. more...
