I recommend to get paid until end of your six month period from the filing date even if your paycheck dose not satisfy your LCA condition.
If you can keep some margin beyond 6month. But if it is not under your control then stick to 6month period.

If you have been working with your congress(wo)man, I recommend making an appointment with their staff who is handling your case and let them know what the problem is. They will contact USCIS and practically force them to act on this specific issue. As I mentioned this issue is usually handeled...
In old good days people had very nice experience following up with Congress(wo)man and/or Senators, however thesedays they also do not provide you with detailed information as they used to do.
