Historically, the oath letters seem to come the last week of the month. The Feb oath letters should start arriving around the 25th.

Luckyjack, We had to postpone my wife's interview. We mailed USCIS and never heard from them. The application vanished into a blackhole... forcing us start again from the beginning. This experience may be an outlier (at least I hope so), but just so that you know that outliers like these do...
