When I called NSC on 07/03 I was told my application was in staging area. When I called again on 07/05 I was told it was approved in the morning and at that point of time, the status wasn't updated. Status was updated at 2:45PM EST. Hope this helps.

Talked to NSC IO and she reiterated that they have not stopped working on the cases that are in the staging area(store room or 'area where it is ready to go') and as of today they are still approving cases. She knows about Visa number availability bulletin from yesterday. We just need to wait...
