Guys, I am thinking of filling legal suit against USCIS under magnumus (not sure about the spelling). I know a person got struck in NC for 6 years and there are other worst stories. He filled the suit and got relieve. What do you suggest? Thanks Arup

I also wrote to congressman, FBI, President, FL, Vice President.... but no luck. I don't know whatelse one can do. I think lets leave it to the GOD. Thanks

I have done my 2nd FP on 5/07 with my wife. No LUD's but TSC IO says its struck due to name check and everything looks fine otherwise. My PD is 3/2002 and I don't know how to push for the NC. Can you please advise?

I ma also struck in NC. My PD is 3/2002 and I heard both the news. It's luck to get it without NC but it depends on officer who is adjudicating your case. I worte to congreeman but all in vain.. It's just frustrating.

Same here. Spoke to IO and she said the same thing. The problem is that they change the story everyday and it's difficult to understand which one to beleive and which one is a trash. My PD is 03/2002 and its struck due to name check. I was previously told that visa has been allocated and now...

IO phone number Folks, My PD is March 2002 (EB 3 India) and did myt 2nd FP on may 2007. Could you please give me telephone number of TSC? I called the 800 customer service 3 times and they just take referal. Please advise what should i do to push it.
