on Aug 3rd, they changed the status again to
"on Aug 2nd we Mailed the Document to the address we have on file"...
Any clue what this could be ???

I have same message since 6/30/07 still waiting for some document to turn up

If you have not yet, check with your lawyer.
I had the same message. Turned out, my lawyer received my RFE, I did not get it at my home address.
It is another story that it took a herculean effort to get the lawyer send the RFE to me.

i think it is good to get an RFE
but my attny called USCIS, they said it is just a system error...
God knows what document they are mailing.... as per the phone call, they are not mailing anything... it is just a system glitch...

I see many cases approved, even with later PD and/or RD.
What could be the reason, are they picking cases randomly or they are giving preferential treatments to cased files by certain attorneys?

My case is NOT stuck in namecheck as per TSC and Infopass.
So, I am not able to make sense out of it. Any idea?
