I called TSC yesterday and the IO said that my case has been pre-adjudicated. Any idea what this means? Does it mean case has been adjudicated or that it will go for adjudication next? Please give ur opinion.

cybersimba, I called TSC to follow-up regarding the 'document'. The IO said that theres a glitch in their system thats making it send this message, so we should ignore the message.... wont be receiving anything in the mail. Hi all, Here's the updated tracker with yeserday's approvals....

Cloud9, I had another LUD on june 8th (no message change). The TSC officer said that my case was assigned to an officer for review, so I'm trying to be positive..........but my PD is not current, so i cant expect approval yet!

Hi Raj09, What was your RFE about? Is ur PD current? and whats ur 485 RD?....... maybe ur nextin line for approval....

rvepra, I didnt do anything at all to trigger this assignment to an officer. In fact, I'm just waiting for the next bulletin to see if I become current next month (PD 8/2003)........ I had LUD last night so I just called them for an update on my case status. I hope this is a good sign...
