Consulates dont give proper information No one can know whether they are in PIMS or not.. some people say that the Canadian consulates, lets candidates update their PIMS through some form... I am not sure how far this is true. I am a case which is waiting for passport ever since Jan 16th...

My husband's petition just got approved.... ....We had almost given up hopes... but it turned out to be a great relief when we heard from our employer that he has been selected in the lottery. So there is still some hope guys! Hang on, and wait as it unfolds.

Hi, Yesterday I received a mail from my lawyer who filed my petition. He sent a copy of my LCA (with some stamps), and he asked me to keep it safely. Dont know whether this is a positive result of my H1B application status. I've asked this question in reply to him.
