Talked to IIO yesterday. He thinks this case (not assigned yet) is taking too much time. He told me he will send some inquiry to the division. Also he ask me to send fax inquiry to (949) 389-3055. Is there a template to send such kind of fax inquiry? Maybe I'll wait for a few more...

I've seen posts here mentioned that "case assigned to an officer on ..." How do you know it is assigned? Is it reflected on AVM or you have to find that out from an officer? My case WAC-01-286-XXXXX still waiting... Thanks.

it seems not that hard to get through to IIO at 2:00PM-2:30PM PST, I got through twice and I dialed like 10 times each. Each time I waited for like 5-10 minutes after got through.
