spoke to IIO, today, regarding fp, rd May nd July She was very polite and said TSC does not have anything to do with national fp scheduler, and fp will be scheduled by the schedular. I asked her if she can help any, she said she likes to, but there is nothing she can do. hope this helps.

my lawyer faxed a req for fp (this is second one) but no response so far.  

notice requested, may be same a fp is in national scheduler and who know how the national scheduler is scheduling fp appointments.

No Title at murthy.com, in tsc update the date if for may 2000. so if any one filing before may 2000 and have not received their fp, to call tsc. hope this helps

She was pretty nice, said that currently processing march 2000 485 cases. so finger printing wont\' be schedule soon. But that my case is in automatic scheduler. Does any one know how this automatic scheduler works or did any one hear something similar. thx

no ead even though the voice message says approved on Nov 23, but will take 60-90 days to get the card.
