    My attorney told me that the whole AOS process would take less than a year, which now I assume is totally nonesense after being familiar with many cases and stories in this forum.

    This is right, it all depends on your IOs. Kids get their GCs like what within 3 months. But I have never seen adults get GCs like months fast.

Do you know that some Nuc Pro Tunc applicants recieve their GCs without interviews.Tranfering one case to a local office is different than asking for a Bio3 to be done.
