Just GC and Oath letter are good enough. Good Luck and enjoy the Oath Day. It feels really great after you get out of the ceremony as USC. Have fun.

It depends how you got Green Card. If you got GC through marriage to a US Citizen, then you can file N-400 after 2 years 9 months. If you got GC through employment, then file N-400 after 4 years 9 months (plus wait one extra week)

Any child born to the beneficiary after I-130 was filed, can be included in the Original petition without any problem. They whole family gets the Green Card at the same time.

I filed N-400 85 days before my 5th anniversary of getting GC. You both should be fine, if you file on June 20th. Good Luck

Finally I got my Oath letter in the mail today, 2 weeks before Oath date :D . This confirms the theory for majority of DO, that Oath letters arrive 2 weeks before oath ceremony.

Does anyone know, 1. How long it takes for Oath Letter to arrive in the mail once its printed? 2. Who sends Oath Leter, DO or Service Centers? 3. Can a DO print me a copy of Oath Letter if it doesn't arrive in the mail and its only a week left for Oath Ceremony? Thanks

Tax Transcript is all you need. Its free from IRS. I was able to request last 5 year's transcripts ( 2001 thru 2005 Tax year ) at no charge. They all arrived on same day in the mail within 10 days. IO never asked for it during interview, but its always a good idea to have them. You never know.

Oath Scheduled Confirmation I can answer my own question now. Took InfoPass today and IO informed me that I am scheduled for Oath Ceremony on May 24th......heeeeee haaaaaaa.....Oath Letter printed couple of days ago and I should receive it soon. I didn't get it today, hopefully tomorrow...
