My PD was 12/99 but 485 receipt has it blank. (EB2) I live in OAKLAND. Do i need to go to San francisco or Sanjose? Also any reconmendation regarding timing , day etc.

Pcee : Your theory means RD doesn\'t have much relevance. You are saying there are not much cases on 1/17 with APR/MAY/ Early JUN RD with processing resumed. In that case people with later RD and processing resumed will get the approval as well. Mine RD is 08/08 but 01/23 processing resumed.

Which date u did the FP and what was the scheduled date  

Hi, AVM says got approved on 11/17. sent on 11/27 for both. Received the EAD for the spouse on 12/1. If I don\'t receive it what should I do?

AVM changed to processing resumed FP Sched : 1/31 oakland Fp Done : 1/12 Sanjose Message changed : 1/23

AVM still says FP sent I did the FP at the same date as palpal 1/12 and my RD 8/8/01 ND 9/14/01 FP sched 1/31/02. In palpal case it has changed to resumed. What is the process of AVM change?
