    No Title Make sure your lawyer files for a duplicate. Ask him to send you the receipt for the request of duplicate I-140. The AVM might indicate that it will take 999 days, but in reality, you should have it 2-3 weeks from the notice date. -AK

    If the spouse hasn\'t received the FP notice, is it possible to still get FP done by going to the center with the primary applicant who has an FP notice? Is there a way they can pull up the FP notice for the spouse? thanks in advance. -AK
