AVM: No Answer

I got up early this morning to call AVM to check on the status of my application. I\'ve been trying them for about half an hour, but the phone just ring and rings without answer.

I wonder if this is the time they update the system and it\'s not available at all. Has anyone experienced this in the past?

I have received my receipt for I-485 but the AVM indicates that there is no record for my WAC#. Is anybody else seeing the same problem?
