It is almost 30 months since CIS received our I-485 applications. Our I-485s were approved on Jul 13. We received emails on Jul 14 said both my wife and my cases have been approved. But my son's case is still pending. He got a RFE for Biographic and finger print because he just turned into 14 in...

wac 02-093-5***** ND is almost 5 months earlier than JIT. Where is the approval?

My case # is WAC 02-093-5****. USCIS received 2nd FP on June 7, 04. Since then nothing is changed.

If your ND is early than JIT 5/15. They won't response your inquiry at all. I sent two second level inquiries in past month. but no single word has been heard from CSC. It is easy for them to say your application is not beyond JIT.

May be in next a few days you will heard somegthing Ruxrux, I guess the officer in CIS will look you case again after 6/8 because your scheduled FP have not reached yet. He may just think that you are going to do finger print on 6/8 and then he will look your case after you have your FP done...

No response Jan 02 case. I sent 5 fax inquiries. But there was no call, no email, no fax, no response at all for USCIS.

EAD with ND Feb 20, 2004 is still pending There is still no approval on my 3rd EAD that had a notice date on Feb 20, 2004. I don't see any unapproved EAD case as old as mine. I had two fax inquiries since May 10. But heard nothing from CIS. No luck on my I-485 (wac02093*****) yet.
