WAC02100***** Approved!!!!! AC21, higher salary

Oh my. Can't believe it. Returned from Disneyworld last night after 5 days of not checking my status and found that the magic email had arrived at 8.03 am EDT 8th June, saying we had been approved and the notice had been sent out on the 7th June.

Just cannot believe it. Lawyer used AC21 as hubby was working for the same co, but at a different location (CA to NJ). W2 was more than 100% greater than salary mentioned on the LC. Did not offer an explanation as to why it was different ( I was a bit nervous of not enclosing paystubs as extras, but lawyer insisted that CIS do not care that salary is greater).

56 days post RFE, Level 1 and 2 fax inquiries, phone call from CIS on 5/27 saying file was going to officer

So, this part of the journey ends - time to "join the queue" for citizenship in 4 yrs 9 months.

Ask her, what are the rides she took - and in what order. What restaurant did she ate, what menu item. What parking lot she parked. What are the gifts items she bought.

If you follow the exact course....you are 100%.......
 
Well..

talking about luck... on the Friday I found a HUGE four leaf clover, found TWO lucky pennies on the ground and a bird s**t on my T-shirt (my Mum reckons its lucky anyway ; ) ).

I am totally superstitious and told my husband it must mean something!!!!!!!!!! :D

Just saw this approval. Congratulations! Wanted to wish you all the best for the future. :) Good luck and thanks for all the vibes that you have been sending out. Apparently it has reached CSC finally and they are taking positive action toward approving cases. :)

Did you report your new address in NJ to CSC?
Did you also file AC21?

We did report it..

but only at the point of RFE, at which time we invoked the AC21. The lawyer did not want to run the risk of them transferring us to the East Coast, which I guess they could have still done, but there is less chance of it.
