My lawyer received a RFE that I document , i have been present in the US without break in the status. The RFE was issued on 1/4/02 and the reply went on 2/15/02 but till today INS did not receive my RFE reply. I am kind a worried. I don\'t know how she prepared the documents.

How did you mail your RFE reply? did you use Fed Ex? I heard that for RFE reply we have to use the special envelop provided by the INS? Any idea. I think my lawyer screwed me up.

My RFE from the TSC reads that I document that I have been present in the U.S. consistently with no breaks in status.
Does it mean That I was over satyed or I worked without EAD or some thing else

Today my lawyer received RFE to provide documentation that I was always in Status through out my staying in USA.
My question is now can I send supplement I485 form along with 1000 dollar fine for 245(i). Or I have to refill my application with 1000-dollar fine?
