RFE thread for TSC

Let\'s keep this thread to list details of: what the RFE are for you, why it is issued to I-485 filer, at what stage your RFE is issued, what action did you take to it, and what INS act on your reply (pending/approved/more RFE?).

This will help other I-485 filers to prepare the possible RFE earlier, and reduce any delay by the RFE.

My lawyer received a RFE that I document , i have been present in the US without break in the status. The RFE was issued on 1/4/02 and the reply went on 2/15/02 but till today INS did not receive my RFE reply. I am kind a worried. I don\'t know how she prepared the documents.
