Not sure how they fix the dates either I think you meant July 2007 and i am on the same boat. They say average national time is 12 months and mine is on 140 close to 15 months now. Premium is not an option so far. I think i saw that 5 months is a normal time for 140 on their website also...

I have several updates on my NSC applications and no email ever came to me from them. I have I129 that starts with WAC ( i think California ) and i get emails from them on LUD. Anyone else has the same issue?

finger prints and LUD next day I got my finger prints yesterday at 3 PM in Chicago and today i see LUD on 485. You might want to check. Also i see 765 changed to "we ordered production of your new card".

RRI received after 9 1/2 weeks... No resumes so lawyer will file report this coming week. That was a very long wait for the RRI. I guess the person working on my case had a long medical leave. Probably his brain went dead... :) I hope there is no long wait for the paper to come now...
