    Is this a fake approval? I doubt this approval although I hope this is true. My doubt is from his R/D AND EAC#. My R/D 6/12/02, ND 8/9/02 EAC-01-242-XXXXX I could not figure out how can his R/D: 6/29/02 and EAC-247-xxxxx ? Can you explain?
