Wife\'s Stamping before mine.

Hi all. My wife\'s 485 (dependent) got approved. But mine is still pending because of RFE.

Can my wife go for stamping before myself as she is planning to go to India.

According to your Previous post your RD is 07 Aug (Eb3), Are you with VSC or some other service Center . VSC is processing April-may Case , I am wondering how your wife\'s Case (dependent) got approved and you got RFE for your\'s . Can you please Clarify ..

PD retrogression whenever it happens will effect the processing for EB3 cases. Also, May / Jun / Jul are likely to take a very long time as PDs for EB3 started moving swiftly since Apr 01 (Initially PDs were in 1997 for a long time).

Your case must approve otherwise your wife\'s case will not approve because you are the primary applicant. So it sure for you too. As soon as they receive the RFE you will get the approval in 2 weeks.
Your wife can get stamped without your approval notice. It is easy. Good luck.

Sorry guys it was a typo. My ND is Aug 07. RD is 6/02. Case approved on 01/31. Also the AVM message is wrong. I checked with IIO and my case is also approved on the same date.
