We got IV with annotation for family members, "Valid only if acc/FTJ Father/Mother/Spouse" I planned to travel in 1st week of April and my family 2nd week of May. Can my family travel separately or they have to travel with principal beneficiary? This is EB category. Appreciate your reply.

I got PCC from Indian Embassy, Washington DC within a week. My PP was renewed at Wash. DC in last Dec. About interview, routine questions like where do you work, how long have you been in US and also with this employer, what is the job (description) etc.

Yes, my case was under expedite category (son reaching 21yrs) so they forwarded to Consulate for further processing.

I sent an email to consulate enquiring about my case. They replied back that they will schedule appointment. I am waiting for appointment.

After I140 approval NVC created case and within a week it has forwarded my case to Chennai consulate. NVC didn't send me or my attorney P3 and also didn't collect IV fees. My PD is current. I read on NVC website that they collect fees and send P3. After that they send it to consulate. Is...
