this is the worst thing that can happen,when u have not changed the address and it goes undeliverable.If you have been calling the uscis customer service and didnt get a response, y dont u try giving an expedite request,sometimes it might work ....!!!!

For you information the local offices do nt issue interim EAD anymore.You have to get in touch with the service center itself.But nowadays heard that they issue the EAD within 90 days itself, unless u get any RFE,so best of luck

For me ,an RFE was snt which was not delivered at my address,so I am not sure my expedite has worked or not as I didnt get any reply on that, However within 48 hrs of my expedite req they have asked the RFE to be resnt to me (which I found on from the online status) and I am waiting for it...
