EAD to H1? Earnestly and urgently need advice.
Since you are going to graduates soom, why don't you apply for OPT? I'm sure there is no problem applying for H1B after OPT but I'm not sure about NIW baeds EAD. Eric- wfan

Got a magic phone call on Saturday morning.
