I just called USCIS and call center person transferred me to Immigration Officer. IO told me that my in-laws should be fine bcoz they are overstaying bcoz of the reasons out of their control (Extra Ordinary circumstances) and they should have all the proofs to show that their tickets were booked...
I am in same boat, my in-laws were supposed to travel on Apr-17th and their I-94 expires Apr-18th. Due to the Iceland volcano their flight was cancelled yesterday and next available flight is on April 23rd. I am wondering if I need to file another extension ( They already got 3 months extension)...
Soft LUDs
I think you are talking about one of the soft LUDs. Few examples of soft LUDs are
1) Name check,Back ground, Finger prints cleared. Online status will not be changed. USCIS will keep you in dark as much as possible.
2) Case assigned to IO, changed from IO to IO, or supervisor...
Congratulations.......
Enjoy the freedom...
May be I don't read enough messages in forums but I didn't understand your exact PD and country of birth. I am sorry for being dumb.
You can reply after all your celebrations.

EB2 Vs EB3 approvals
That is really a good question..... We are not seeing that many EB3 approvals in this forum.... is it possible EB3s are not sharing the good news?

enter receipt# then 1-1-3-4
you can talk to Immigration Officer .
Some times ( rather most of the times) your call will be directed to USCIS National call center where they will read you what you can see online...
Congrats....
Congrats and don't worry about that email.... It looks like a norm now a days... you will understand so many people said same thing in last 3 pages of this forum....
