1- can anybody tell me if there will be an interview? and if the person signing the affidavit should come?
2- Should I notarize all copies of supporting documents (marriage cert, tax forms, ... etc)
3- can someone show me a sample of an affidavit form, a sample...

maybe someone can tell us what we mostly likely forget to submit in this case and the immigration always asks for it.

Here is the breakdown:
Sept 26, LUD on I-485, Card production ordered. ( cool ) :cool:
Sept 26, LUD on I-130 Case approval certified and sent for review. ( what ???????????????) :eek:
Oct 1st, LUD Card production ordered. ( not again...

I don't think you should be worried about it, after I received my Interview letter, I got LUD flying left and right and nothing changed in the text, so I don't think the online tools is perfect.
it helps but don't count on it totally, count on your mail and calling USCIS directly.

1) okay usually everywhere they ask for the last 3 months, if you get paid 2 times, then you should have the last recent 6 paychecks.
2) call IRS and get the last 3 years Transcript( 2006, 2005, 2004).
one bank statement is more than enough if it has your name and your wife's name, or 2 bank...

all of what I'm saying is, you can totally travel internally in the US with a driving license, otherwise if you show a foreign passport (which most likely will be examined) then you will be more vulnerable to be exposed as of where and when...
good question but I think this is how you are going to be nailed, you just need an id for traveling internally, you don't need your AP.
but if you don't have driving license then you need an ID, so to show a British Passport, then you might get a way with it or you might be question about visa...
