GC remove conditions

Hi all,
can anybody help me what kind of evidence do I need to provide to support applying for GC remove conditions Form I-751.

maybe someone can tell us what we mostly likely forget to submit in this case and the immigration always asks for it.

1- House ownership
2- Joined bank account
3- insurance.
4- Marriage cert
5- joined income tax doc

I read also that there should be an affidavit of two people who know us.
is it ok that they are related to either me or my wife?

Pretty much it. Yes either you or wife is fine.
 
sorry for another question, might be stupid.
can someone tell me how does the affidavit looks like?
a person letter signed from a friend or a family member? or is it an official letter? or what?

Just a letter saying that they personally know the two of you, how long they have, and you are happily married. Have the person write it how they want. Also, get it notorized!! I had my parents, my wife's parents, and the best man at the wedding write a letter for me. I was approved on May 28 for I-751!
 
will be there an interview for me and my wife? how about the person did the affidavit?
or everything is going to be by mail?
