H4 to H1 Approved ,but asked to go for stamping before starting work.
Hi all.. I am also in same boat :confused: I applied from H4 to H1 and got approved without I-94. Applied for amendment..does anyone get I-94 after amendment? what is the chance of getting it? Is there any better way of not going to stamping?- preethi_jasti
