I had the same case. But, in my case I did not get the medicals at all when I was filing the petitions (140 and 485). I filed both on Sept 29th 05. You just need to wait till they send you a RFE. At that time, you will probably need to go and get medicals one more time and reply to the RFE...

It all depends on your application packet that you submitted to USCIS. If anything is missing or needs more documents/clarifications they will ask for it. Don't worry, just wait till u get the RFE in mail, should not take too long to get it. Good luck.

Receipt will go to your attorney/representative. Approval will go to both you and the attorney.

I was pretty lucky with NSC. I-140 (EB1 - OR) - Industry RD – 09/29/05 AD – 11/18/05 (no RFE) Also had NIW along with OR, on which I had got a RFE that was not replied as OR got approved. I also got the cards today, after 485 was approved. U can see my post in 485 section.
