I agree with EVONZERY, my I730 was filed in 08/09 and approved in 11/09 But the question is, how fast will it process after that? Anybody familiar about I-730 speed at NVC? I think it is same is I-129F speed. Which is pretty good, about 2-4 months. Texas Center Rules!

you got it because of adjustment of status from another category. The one you were before you were granted asylum.

F1 is valid till Jan 2011. But I don't want to get another I20. Because for that I will have to again pay SEVIS fee (about 400$) and then show bank statements again to a University to get I20 from them. At port of entry the officer will not let her enter... QUOTE...
