I called way back in Jul and someone helpful told me that ive not cleared name check. msabir - Please track together, and ill be patient and wait for another 2 mths. Hopefully i dont get stuck in the dreadeed name check. I heard horror stories of people being stuck in name check for 4 years :(

liluliku i called USCIS who was not that helpful, more than a month ago and was told that my name check is still pending. :( Thats why i decided not to call anymore until the RD for my I485 is after what is stated in the processing dates listed in the website

LUD does not appear to mean anything. I called yesterday and found that my namecheck is not cleared yet despite the fact i see LUD last month Hope you ll get your approval soon.

No. LUD on 7/8 is not related to Security Check, at least in my case it wasnt I was told that my FP or Name check is not cleared yet. :( Any one know what is the typical time it takes to clear fingerprint? I did my FP 6/2. Thanks in advance

IndianaVictim So it means that whoever has a LUD on 7/8/2006 has their name check cleared? Please confirm. Ive got EAD, AP approved on 6/8 and now just waiting for I485 to be approved, i have a LUD on 7/8 as well. Hope i get it soon, been waiting for sooo many years. Thanks

Today i checked and realized that there is a new LUD for I485 and AP. Its weird coz my AP has already been approved 6.8/2006 I485 RD 6/13/2006 LUD 6/2 6/3 ,new LUD 7/8 FP 6/2/2006 I765 Approved 6/8 but noted new LUD 7/8 Any theory as to why? Thanks in advance.
