Interview ???
My wife has interview date scheduled on 10/15/15, we submitted forms on same day, I walked-in for FP a week before my wife... maybe female is quicker...
I enter US four times this year by using AP, same airport, but different experience. 1st, 2nd and 3rd entry was sent to secondary check. But the 4th entry, the CBP said it's unnecessary for secondary check and fill new I-94 because previous officers are new guys, don't know the rule. I thought...
Thanks. I'm on AOS and have EAD. The thing is how can I ask former employer about that? Because someone said LUD could be system auto update, or something else. if I ask them that could remind employer to notice CIS if they did nothing on my H1. I would transfer H1 when I get offer.
I was laid off unfortunately on 1/16, and then came with a soft LUD on 2/3 which I just know today. My lawyer said he did nothing about it. Does my previous employer report to CIS? I'm current struggling with job hunting. Any comments?
As of September 7, 2007:
It may take up to 9 weeks to process applications received by mail from the United States.
Complexity of routine verifications and security checks in certain cases may trigger longer delays.
Contact PP customer services or PP office you'll go. The phone line is extremely BUSY!!! I was told they can process PP in 2 weeks and mail to US address by regular services.
US passport photo is fine, check PP website.
I traveled a few times during TN status. Everytime I DON'T turn in to airline. I keep it. After I'm back to US, I filled a new I-94, hand to CBP officer with old I-94 (TN), the officer will write down same info on new I-94, and retain old I-94.
