when I called during first week of March, USCIS informed me that my case is with an officer and an officer will have many cases to process. It will take about 30-60 days. After that I didnt call. I am not sure if the visa number was assigned or not then. I didnt ask.

I am also in the same boat I have been waiting since 1 month after my second reply has been posted. From the forum i see that they are processing all the PP cases. Not sure when they will get to the normal processing cases.
