I140 approved I got a mail that my I140 is approved. My I485 was filed on 1/12/06 and fingerprinting was done on 5/2. Priority date is not yet current since 1 Jan 06 is the current date for EB1-OR category. Is there an interview for the I485 or the final green card application? Thanks

Hi hanch, My lawyer had received the receipt when they filed which was in Jan 2006 and they also received another receipt late march from CSC mentioning that the petitions have been transferred to TSC.

My I140 also under EB1-OR My I140 and I485 were also transferred from CSC to TSC in March. My I140 and 485 were concurrently filed under EB1-OR with RD of 1/17/2006 and fingerprinting was done on May 2, 2006. My EAD and AP were approved in 4 weeks. Awaiting I140 approval same as you.
