I don't think you were out of status , since you joined company B before/on the same date the first one expired

My son's was also approve and FP done, we checked thru infopass - we were told that they might not have received it and asked us to get it stamped on the passport. We have to stamp it some time in january

I also beleive that there is LUd mess - my spuse got an RFE last month but the LUD is still 05/08/07

Yes i got scared when i got my attoney's email. But afte after i could find all his I-797(H4 approvals) i was relevied. There is no break in his papers. But the very first time he entered is just with Visa on his passport and no H4 paper.So we have to use his passport as a proof.

My spouse got an RFE to prove his lawful presence. He came to this country in 2001 , but they have asked from April 1997. So we might have to prove that too ):

Yes For my son , approval message changed to Trasfered to another office , after giving biometrics

My son's case was approved and we even got the receipt of approval. After approval we got his biometrics done, the message online went from approved to "The case has been transferred to another office for processing...." What does that mean. Could it be for card production?

My spouse went for an info pass, the officer initiated an SR and asked to come back if it is not approved in two weeks

From What i have read in this forum somewhere , they have changed the procedure(as USCIS do not have any standard procedure:mad: )

My son is 10 yrs old

Son got Biometrics My son's got apporved, But card not sent , now we got his appointment for his biometrics.

I see an LUD on my approved i-485 on 23rd - What could be the reason?
