My wife submitted an I-130 last year. It is still pending.
Since i'm in removal proceedings i must submit I-485 to the immigration court with the receipts from USCIS that state that i paid the fee.
How can I fee in I-485 to get the receipt?
I don't have a copy of approved I-130...

form I-130 states that the form cannot be submited for somebody who's in removal proceedings at the time of marriage.
although marriage is possible even while in DHS custody.
