Hello, My aunt had applied for I-687 & I-765 same time. I-765 receipt was received on January 06, 06 and still no update :confused: any one has took this long before!?

sorry, I meant Indian Embassy where he got his birth certificate from, I am use to us embassy so made error in typing.

nope, he is not citizen, he filed I-687. I told him to get a passport anyway. don't know about what they mean by machine readable immigrant visa. he has EAD card so far.

It happens some times. it's just error in system. I had my aunt's nubmer says same thing, however she still got her FP Letter and progress is still on.

It's normal. Sometime it takes them 1 - 2 Weeks to receive your EAD information in their system. Just Try back after 10 days. Also, My Friend applied on I-687 - sent all evidences and case is being processed, however his I-765 is Approved, but he don't have passport, he is going to apply...

My aunt applied for I-765, she got confirmation that application is received, I checked online status on uscis.gov, but receipt number shows not found or not valid. However, she also got her Finger Print app. and got fp done. and still no status online, still says not found! hopefully...
