LUDs on I131 I have a LUD of today (9/24/07) on my I131 but the status did not change. Any ideas what would that mean?

I don't think that the IO is true. I know some people pending name check but having their EADs and APs. Its a shame these IOs are misleading us.

As per trackitt.com NSC has just started processing EADs for June filers. As far as I can see June 4 people are getting it now. I would expect another 1 month to reach mid June cases. If you thought you have not been tortured enough by PBS then NSC welcomes you. Good luck.

Dependency of 485 on EAD/AP Gurus, Can anyone explain if 485 processing is dependent on EAD and AP approvals in any way. What I want to know is since NSC is moving very slow in approving EAD and APs, does it mean that there would be no progress on our 485 cases untill they are done with EADs...

Unfortunately not at NSC.

I also got my FP on 8/16 but got only one LUD on my 485 for 8/17. So they do touch your 485 after FP but so many LUDs don't make sense.
