Good to know that DBEC is adjudicating cases faster. Can you please let us know your certifying officer and date when you replied to the 45day letter?
Friend, please ask your HR rep or attorney - keep pressure on these people. I have seen in many cases (including mine) they won't inform you even if they have received the 45 day letter/approval/other communication from DOL. Thats because of (1) laziness on their part (2) they don't care about...
