Leave alone April cases, my receipt date is Mar-13th with a LUD of Mar-15th. EB3. Not yet approved.....Anyone has any idea of when I-140 premium process might come into effect?

Can we rename this forum? I browsed for qutie sometime and this is the only forum that seems to track I-140s in NSC for the past 4-5 months. Can the person responsible for this forum rename the forum to remove October/ November/ December 2005 from the name so that it reflects current usage...

Hurray!...Labor Approved! I got a call from my employer saying that they received the hard copy of the approval notice. But the online status never changed to approved. Weird..isn't it? Anyway who cares as long as we have the hard copy. Maybe the online status will change soon shortly...
