No I did not. I think for normal employment based cases, it is not necessary to have an attorney with you

Better to take another set of photos. The Immigration officer did have the photos that I gave wen filing for 485, but she asked me if I had another one. You can have them taken at Motophoto ( a bit expensive though , $12 a pair)

Had my interview at Baltimore yesterday. Went off like a breeze .. not even my original birt cert was asked. Asked for Employer letter, US born child\'s birth cert copy and another photo. The usual general questions .. and my passport was stamped. lakmur

Had my interview at Baltimore today afternoon. The usual questions... I was not even asked for the original Birth certificate ( actually I had affidavits and non availability). The most tedious part was the wait ... especially with my 3 yr old daughter lakmur

You have said that 485 was approved but still an RFE was issued.If it is approved don\'t they stamp the passport right there during the interview. lakmur
