If you waiting for more than 3 years for 485 approval, my suggestion from what i see on this forum is to go for WOM. It is worth the cost. Search WOM on this forum and u shud get details. Alternately try senators office and persistently call CIS...perhaps it helps..is what i think Pandee...

amiro There are quite a few forums where the process is outlined. People have used CIS enquiry, Senator/congressperson/FBI/White house....etc to get an idea of name check clearance search for those in this forum and you will get answers. Pandee
